Custom Orders
I am willing to take custom made orders and I will try my best to meet your requirements. Please give as much detail ie: Colours, Size and materials which are to be used and I will endeavor to match your requirements. I may be able to send pictures of materials etc, if an email address is provided. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns of custom orders.
I aim to have these orders posted/shipped within 2 weeks of cleared payment.

Returns
I agree to abide by the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 which protects the consumer when buying over the Internet or by mail order and applies to all members of the EU.
You and you alone are liable for paying the seller if you commit to buying an item.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me via email within 2 days of arrival. I agree that the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way, If it's an item your unhappy with then it needs to be returned in the condition that it was sold in and an explanation of the reason for return, and please do this within 14 days after receipt of the item(s) I will only refund any postage costs of items been returned which were damaged or faulty on arrival and will be done within 30 days. I cannot refund postage on any items you are just unhappy with, or if it was made-to-order this will be at your cost.
The buyer has the right to return items if they develop a fault within six months of receipt of the items. Depending on circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement.
Cancellation - if the buyer wishes to cancel the order, this must be done via email immediately before the item is shipped - as shipping is within 3 days unless stated then this would have to be return as above.
If the item(s) have not yet been sent then a full refund will be made within 14 days.
