Custom Orders:

• I welcome custom orders and will do my best to meet your requirements.
• Please provide details like colors, size, and materials when requesting a custom order.
  • I can sometimes send photos of materials if you provide an email address.
• Custom orders have a processing time of around 2 weeks after payment is cleared.
• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns:

• I comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for EU customers.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase:
  • Contact me within 2 days of receiving the item if it is damaged or faulty.
  • You have 14 days to return any non-faulty item that you simply don't like.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with a reason for return.
• I will only refund postage for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
• Items you are unhappy with or custom orders will be returned at your own cost.
• You have the right to return faulty items within 6 months of purchase for a refund, repair, or replacement.
• To cancel an order before it ships, contact me immediately.
