Every item is individually handcrafted by Pauline using quality cotton yarn, ribbon and fabric. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
